This website is operated by DP Supply under the store name DP Beauty. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DP Beauty and DP Supply, as applicable.

DP Beauty offers this website, including all information, tools, products and services available through this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein or available on our website.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

All purchases and returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order placed with us where permitted by applicable law.

This may include orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect pricing or product information, involve unusually large quantities, or appear to be placed for unauthorized commercial resale.

If we modify or cancel an order after it has been submitted, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or other contact information provided with your order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information for all purchases.

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address submitted with your order is complete and accurate.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates provided on our website or during checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, remote delivery locations and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Once an order has been shipped, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days after receiving the order.

Unless an item is verified as damaged, defective or incorrect, returned products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Approved returns of unopened and unused products are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by us or required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

SECTION 9 – DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers should inspect their orders promptly upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dpsupply.ca with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

The standard 10% restocking fee does not apply to returns resulting from a verified error on our part or a verified damaged or defective product.

SECTION 10 – NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used products may not be eligible for return.

This may include opened, used or unsealed cosmetics, beauty products, personal-care products and hygiene products.

Final sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before initiating a return.

SECTION 11 – OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools or services that we do not control.

Your use of third-party tools is at your own discretion and may be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third-party provider.

Payment and other information may also be processed by Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers according to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may cancel an affected order if material information, including pricing or availability, was incorrect at the time the order was submitted.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive termination where applicable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on our website, constitute the agreement governing your use of our website and Services.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
